At our entry and most basic level, we provide an on-demand helpdesk with pay as you go type service. Clients who prefer break/fix arrangement are usually not too concerned with downtime and response time, and we certainly try to accommodate that. Most of our pro-active clients today were on purely break-fix arrangement at some point in the past.
Our HelpDesk is open 8.30AM to 5.30PM Monday to Friday and our promise is that every call placed between these times will receive attention the same day. There is also an after-hours emergency response available on pro-active agreements.
